Elizabeth and James Nirvana White Dry Shampoo

I’ve been loving this dry shampoo because I can’t feel it in my hair yet it gives a lot of volume.  Plus the scent is amazing!

Kerastase Conditioner

This conditioner leaves my hair strong while still giving volume.  It’s also great because it doesn’t have a distinctly feminine scent so my boyfriend could use it as well.

Formula X Ashen Pearl

The color of this nail polish is perfect for the transition from Summer to Fall.  Formula X isn’t the best formula but the color is stunning and if you use the right top coat it will last 4-5 days.

 

Benefits of Dry Brushing

Dry brushing is a technique that uses a dry shower brush in a circular motion on dry skin. I try to do dry brushing before every shower.  I notice a major difference when I do it regularly. Below are some reasons why you should too.

  1. Improves circulation
  2. Exfoliates the skin
  3. Can reduce cellulite (you have to be very consistent to do this)
  4. Stimulates the lymphatic system
  5. Gives the skin an overall healthy and glowing look

Mario Badescu Glycolic Cleanser

I typically only use this cleanser at night since it rather strong.  I love that my skin feels smoother and looks glowing after I use it

The Body Shop Tea Tree Mask

This is a fantastic mask for any skin type.  It clears the skin but also leaves it moisturized and soft.

Mario Badescu A.H.A & Ceramide Moisturizer

The A.H.A. in this lotion makes my skin look healthy and glowing while the ceramide prevents aging by plumping the skin.  This is a great moisturizer for all skin types.  If you have oily skin I recommend using it at night and if you have dry skin I recommend using it during the day.

Instanatural Vitamin C Cleanser

I haven’t been using this cleanser long but so far I am loving it.  I have rather sensitive skin so I look for ingredients like aloe vera and green tea extract to soothe my skin.  It’s particularly important to look for these ingredients in typically harsh products like vitamin c, glycolic acid, and BHA or AHA cleansers.

Brush Cleanser

It’s highly important to keep your makeup brushes clean.  If you don’t it can cause breakouts and make it difficult to blend your makeup.
