It’s inevitable that your skin will get dull during the colder months, right? Wrong! There are ways to keep the skin healthy and glowing…and you can always fake it! Below are some tips to keep your skin healthy and glowing all year long.
Water is always the key to glow from the inside out. On extra cold days, you may want to increase your water intake.
Put Body Lotion On Morning AND Night
Make sure your skin is nourished. If it’s cold your lotion will evaporate faster. When it’s cold your skin tends to be dry, so you’ll want to use more lotion than usual. My skin eats it up when it’s cold out so I put it on at night and in the morning.
Try using a self-tanner like the St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse. I suggest going a shade or two lighter than you would during the summer. You can also fake it by using a shimmering oil or lotion like the Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess.
