Keeping Your Skin Healthy During Summer

Use an SPF 


Being out in the sun during the Summer is unavoidable but it can be damaging to your skin.  You should be using a product with SPF every day and it is especially important if you’re going to be in direct sunlight. My favorite is from Corrective Control.

Stay Hydrated


Staying hydrated all year is key to healthy skin, and particularly important during warm months.  Make sure you are drinking enough water and using a light moisturizer.  My favorite moisturizer lately is the Shiseido Ibuki Softening Concentrate.

Use a Soothing Mask


I have no shame admitting I am a mask junkie.  One of my favorite masks to use during the summer is a soothing mask.  I recommend The Body Shop’s Aloe Mask or the Tea Tree Mask.
