Caprese Salad
What you’ll need:
Mozzarella
Basil
Tomato
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
1.Arrange tomato, mozzarella, and basil on a plate.
2.Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3.Add salt and pepper as desired.
Cucumber Salad
What You’ll Need:
1 Cucumber
1/2 Purple Onion
Handful of Sliced Banana Peppers
1 Can of Black Olives
Balsamic Vinegarette
Salt and Pepper
Feta
Quinoa (Optional)
Directions:
1.Cut the Cucumber into thick slices and the cut the slices into quarters.
2.Cut the olives in half.
3.Cut the onion into bite size pieces.
4.Mix all the ingredients together.
